Barrie 2010 The 150th Anniversary of J M Barrie's birth

Angus Council Officers and Councillors will join local Community Councillors at morning service in The Glens and Kirriemuir Old Parish Church on Sunday 9^th May at 11.15am.

As that day is the 150^th anniversary of the birth of Sir J M Barrie, Rev Malcolm Rooney has kindly agreed to include some celebration of this milestone in the service.

Members of Kirriemuir Heritage Trust, Barrie relatives, the international visitors coming to the “Celebration of Imagination” festival and its sponsors will also be guests in the congregation.
